A booking form to secure your chosen dates will then be forwarded to you by email, in the meantime they will be reserved for 7 days to enable you to complete and return the booking form to us together with your non refundable deposit of 50%.

Prices:-

Soul Pads :-

For 2 persons including Continental breakfast, car parking and use of facilities:-
£240 per week or £40 per night

Additional occupancy (max 2) including Continental breakfast and use of facilities:-
Each Adult: £90 per week or £15 per night

Child ages 3 to 16: £60 per week or £10 per night
Age 3 and below-free

Please note that there will only be a maximum of 8 people allowed on site at any one time due to the nature of the environment.

Booking Conditions

IMPORTANT

The Booking Form together with these Booking Conditions are deemed to form the sole contract between Alegre Travel and the Client. Completion of the Booking form is considered as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Insurance/Health/Safety/Security

	We strongly urge that you take out adequate travel insurance and recommend that this includes Medical, Cancellation and Loss of Baggage cover.
	While at the site we require you to take full responsibility for your health, and personal safety and security. Therefore it is strongly advised that you should at all times take reasonable action to safeguard both yourself and your possessions.

Terms

	Booking not accepted until we receive your booking form with cleared monies deposit and you receive our confirmation invoice with booking reference
	Your deposit once your booking has been confirmed is NON-REFUNDABLE. Anyone in the party who has not signed the Booking Form will be deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions of the booking unless an objection is made in writing to us within 7 days of the confirmation invoice date.
	Final balance is payable one month before arrival.
